This is a great place to get Korean BBQ. I'd like to start with the price. The total cost for my wife and I to eat here plus drinks was around $65. That's a great value compared to some of the other places like this I've been. I thought the food was good, the cuts of meat were generous and we were taken care of by our server. If I had to give a con it would be the atmosphere, it is loud and a bit chaotic. However, this is Korean BBQ and it's a family style affair so that is to be expected. The bathrooms were clean and so was the restaurant generally. As I mentioned above the staff was friendly, and at the end of the meal the manager even offered me a small box for a bit of the meat I didn't finish (It was a lot of food). I certainly recommend. It's affordable, friendly staff, good food, and sizable portions. The only thing I wish is that they would give me a large serving of their soy based dipping sauce instead of me having to bug them for refills every 10 minutes :)

I visited Gogi Friends a long time ago when they first opened, and at that time, my experience wasn't great due to the staff's lack of training and slow service. However, I decided to give it another try today, and I can say they've made noticeable improvements in both service and the quality of the meats, which I really appreciated. I recommend coming earlier for dinner, as you may have to wait during peak hours. As with most KBBQ places, the restaurant is fairly loud with music, but that's part of the typical Korean barbecue atmosphere. The all-you-can-eat menu is extensive, though I found it odd that they limit the corn cheese side to just one serving--after that, you have to pay for it. Even so, the portion of corn cheese is quite small compared to other places, and I didn't find it very good. The meat quality was much better this time. My favorites were the Hawaiian bulgogi and the Top Blade steak. The Hawaiian bulgogi might be the best I've had--you can actually taste the pineapple aftertaste with each bite of the meat. Overall, the service was great; our server was attentive, though it did take a while to receive our side dishes. All in all, it was a great experience, and the pricing is fair for an all-you-can-eat KBBQ.

I've been here twice now and it keeps getting better. The staff is so friendly. I appreciate that they get you to a table quickly and get your food selections cooking quick. The food is full of so much flavor and I always eat myself silly here. Highly recommend!

Food was amazing! Especially the marinated pork belly! Staff was very friendly and checked on us often to make sure we didn't need help with our grill. Prices are affordable!
